Alan Peterson serves as Vice President, Investor Relations and Finance of American Healthcare REIT, where he leads the company’s investor relations program and supports a range of strategic initiatives. He joined AHR in February 2024, shortly after the company’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange, and serves as the company’s primary point of contact for the investment community.

Prior to joining AHR, Peterson was an equity research analyst on the residential research team at Green Street, an independent research and advisory firm focused on commercial real estate, where he played an integral role in the coverage of approximately 15 publicly traded real estate companies.

Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with an emphasis in finance, and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Chapman University.
