Kenny Lin serves as Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of American Healthcare REIT, where he is responsible for the company’s financial forecasting, accounting and tax matters. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Accounting & Finance, a role he held across the AHR platform.

Prior to joining the AHR platform, Lin served as chief accounting officer and then chief financial officer of a privately owned telecommunications infrastructure company, where he oversaw accounting, taxation, financial reporting and human resources. He has managed several initial public offering filings (SEC Forms S-1 and S-11) and merger filings (SEC Form S-4), including the 2008 merger of NNN Realty Advisors, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis Company, and has held financial accounting roles with Johnson & Johnson, BNY Mellon and STAAR Surgical Company.

Lin has more than two decades of finance and accounting experience with real estate and real estate-related companies. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles and a master of accounting degree from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed certified public accountant in California, a certified financial planner and a certified management accountant.
